Lead and Manage People lead is the key dynamic force that motivates and co ordinates an organization to accomplish its objectives. A loss leader creates a vision for the others and then directs them towards achieving that vision. To be a leader you must brace followers who have confidence in you and who flow you their support and commitment to a goal.My Leadership RoleI have been employed at Harley Nursing Home since September 1997 every Sundays. My initial position at Harley was as a kitchenhand. Within this position I was introduced to the organization, its staff and the rules of being employed at Harley. As a kitchenhand I had to follow the cooks leaders orders in the readiness and washing of dishes for 32 meals.After two years, the cook was transferred to one of the owners other nursing homes. I was then the privilege of this leaders role as a cook.
